I've spent the last 14 years helping organisations communicate, from Google and The Economist, to independent businesses and growing SMEs.
I've had a wonderfully wiggly career, winding through journalism, education, UX, technology, branding and marketing. So I'm not hemmed in by the idea that there's one right way to solve a problem. Some of my best ideas have come from borrowing thinking from an entirely different discipline.
I'm endlessly curious about people. I love learning more about customers. I don't start by inventing a brand story. I start by listening to them.

And when it comes to AI, I’ll help you decide whether it belongs in your business. If we decide it does, I’ll build the systems, prompts and workflows you need to use it with confidence. Always with a human setting the direction and making the final call.
When I'm not working, you'll find me in a sauna, swimming in the sea, or crafting.
